How to sell singles

Step 1 - To begin selling singles you must be Logged in to your Viridian Forest account.

Step 2 - Use the search bar in the Buylist to find the cards you wish to sell and add quantities to your cart using the “SELL” tab. 

Step 3 - Please sort the cards in the  EXACT ORDER shown in your cart. Please note that there may be a delay in processing your order if it arrives out of order.

Step 4 - Once you finish adding & sorting your cards on the Buylist, click “Submit List”.

Step 5 - Please carefully package and ship the cards to our store address.

Terms and Conditions

Buylists  MUST be delivered to our store location, by mail or in person.

We ask that all Buylists sent to us are received at our facility  within 7 business days. After that time, any prices we have offered are subject to change. Your Buylist will remain active in our system for 14 days, after which time acceptance is not guaranteed.

Payouts will be issued once Buylist has been received and graded. Cash will be held at the store or paid via Paypal, and store credit deposited to your account.

Paypal payments are made in GBP. Paypal fees will be removed from the Buylist payment.

We are not responsible to pay any custom costs for Buylists sent to us from outside of United Kingdom.  If there is a customs fee when we receive the Buylist, it will be rejected and sent back to you.

All prices are subject to change based on market value and current card stock. 

Our buy lists are provided for your information only and should not be considered as a guaranteed offer to buy. 

Buy list prices and quantities in demand are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to refuse cards for any reason.

Major errors in buylists that require additional processing work may incur a 5% processing fee. Please ensure all your details are included in the buylist to mitigate this.

 

F.A.Q - Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How does this work?

    Our Buylist is very simple. First log-in / create an account to access the Buylist. Then search for the card that you could like to sell. Check your cards condition, we only take Near Mint+ cards. When you have added your cards to the Buylist then you just need to submit it to us for approval. We shall check over your Buylist and once approved you can send your cards to us. We will then pay you for your cards or give you store credit.

    1. Do you buy bulk?

      We understand that manually sorting and using the buylist for hundreds and thousands of cards is impractical. We have the same buy/credit price for all common / uncommon / rare  and for reverse / holos. If, for example, you have 1,000 cards then we are happy for you to pick a random common (e.g. Weedle) and set the quantity to 1,000. 

      Please note that we do NOT buy energy cards.

      How to Submit Bulk
      1. Why are you not buying some cards?

        There are a couple of reasons why we are not buying every card and why you may see a message saying "We are not looking for this card at the moment".

        If we have a lot of the card in stock we will stop buying it until we have managed to sell some of the ones we already have. 

        If the card is expensive; such as a Charizard VMAX. We do want this but we would like to talk to you about the condition and work with you to get a good price. Please contact us, either via social media or via our contact form. 

        We are also only buying cards from Sun & Moon onwards. We hope to start buying older cards soon.

         

        1. What if my cards aren't in near mint condition?

        We pride ourselves in selling only the best condition cards to our customers. As such, we cannot buy in any cards that do not meet this criterion. You can use our handy condition guide HERE to help evaluate your cards.

         

        1. What if my cards are lost or damaged in the mail?

        We strongly recommend all Buylist customers to send your items via a trackable and/or insured method. Many customers use Royal Mail Signed For to ensure their package arrives and to know when it does. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by shipping services.

         

        1. Do you buy non-English language cards?

        At this time we are only buying English language cards.

         

        1. How do I get back rejected items from my Buylist?
        If there are items that have been rejected either due to the condition or other criterion. Then we shall return the rejected items back to you. We can return items marked for return with a future order for no charge. Alternatively, if you would like them sent back separately there is a fee to cover the shipping/materials of £1.50.
